Sioux Trails Mental Health Center is closely monitoring the COVID-19, aka Coronavirus, as the situation continues to rapidly evolve. The health and safety of clients, staff, and visitors is of the utmost importance to us as we continue to implement protocols recommended by Center For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

 There is no need to cancel your appointment as of Wednesday, March 25^th appointments will be scheduled via telehealth (video).  Additionally, for those who do not have the ability to meet utilizing video sessions, telephone sessions will be available.  To schedule an appointment, please call 507-354-3181.  Existing clients can continue to call the office location that services are provided.
