The ideal candidate will have a four year degree in Human Resources or related field with at least five years generalist experience and two years management experience preferably in a behavioral or health-care setting. This position is responsible for all human resource functions of the organization including, payroll processing, benefits administration, policy development and performance management. This candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Reports to Executive Director. Experience with QuickBooks a plus.

School Linked Therapist
Sioux Trails Mental Health Center announces an exciting the new position of School Linked Mental Health Professional. The position would provide therapy services in schools around the Gaylord and Le Sueur areas. Duties will include completing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy services, coordination with CTSS practitioners and program data reporting. Contracted Licensed Mental Health Professional
Sioux Trails is seeking to contract with Mental Health Professionals to provide mental health services in our clinics. Applicants must be licensed in Minnesota as an LICSW, LP, LMFT or LPCC. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available. Administrative support, scheduling and billing services and quality peer collaboration are provided.
Responsibilities of the position include diagnostic assessments, individual, marital, group and family therapy. We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist to work with adults and adolescents that have severe and persistent mental illnesses in our Medication Management program. The position is a part-time contract position. The responsibilities include conducting routine and adult psychiatric evaluations, prescribe and follow up with psychotropic medications as needed, providing clinical consultation to mental health staff.
