The position would provide therapy services in schools around the Gaylord and Le Sueur areas. Duties will include completing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy services, coordination with CTSS practitioners and program data reporting. We are looking for full-time (40hrs a week) and part-time (25-30 hrs a week) M-F.  Candidates must be licensed in Minnesota as a LICSW, LP, LMFT or LPCC.

Contracted Licensed Mental Health Professional

Sioux Trails is seeking to contract with Mental Health Professionals to provide mental health services in our clinics. Applicants must be licensed in Minnesota as an LICSW, LP, LMFT or LPCC.  Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.  Administrative support, scheduling and billing services and quality peer collaboration are provided.

Responsibilities of the position include diagnostic assessments, individual, marital, group and family therapy.  The agency is a non-profit, Rule 29 licensed community mental health center that began providing therapy services in 1966. We offer an array of behavioral health programs in Minnesota, providing quality services delivered by a skilled staff of trained behavioral health professionals.
