WHO WE ARE Sioux Trails Mental Health Center is a Rule 29 community mental health center that serves the needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through child and adult rehabilitative services, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, and school based programs. The clinic began providing mental health services in 1966 to residents in Brown, Nicollet, Sibley, and Watonwan counties. We accept most insurance and also have a sliding fee scale for residence of Brown, Nicollet, Sibley, and Watonwan counties. Sioux Trails currently employees about 35 employees and serves the communities of New Ulm, St. Peter, North Mankato, Gaylord, St. James, and Fairmont. |

Sioux Trails Mental Health Center received the 2007 Family Friendly Award from the Minnesota Association for Marriage
and Family Therapist. This award is given to those companies that demonstrate
